Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryROLAND RALPH MANSKY Suddenly on November 27, 2006, Rollie passed away with his family at his side. He leaves behind his wife and soulmate of 44 years Marlene; son Bryan (Pam); two grand-children - the apples of his eyes - Jordan and Delaney; sister Joyce (Jim); niece Sharon (Barry); nephew Alan (Susan) and five great-nephews. Rollie is predeceased by his mother (Julia) and father (Ralph). Born in Winnipeg, Rollie grew up in Elmwood, moved to North Kildonan when he married Marlene and settled in West Kildonan. He enjoyed fishing and hunting with his father and shared this passion throughout his life with Marlene, Bryan and his grandchildren. Rollie was a consummate wine-maker and spent countless hours on the computer sharing jokes with friends. Rollie's green thumb was the envy of many as was his ability to be a jack of all trades . He was always eager to lend a hand. Throughout his many years of employment at Greater Winnipeg Gas, involvement with the local community centre and St. Joe's Club, Rollie made many lasting friendships. Rollie made everyone feel welcome, his smile always made you wonder what he was up to and his sense of humour left you waiting for more. He will be dearly missed. Funeral service will be held at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main St. on Friday, December 1 at 11:00 a.m. Private interment to follow at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Winnipeg Humane Society are appreciated. CROPO FUNERAL CHAPEL 586-8044
